Documentation for Project Rondo

Introduction
As briefly described on its iTunes page, this is a todo-list integrated with stopwatch — I call it To-Stop List.
– What do you expect ?
– Classification : Tasks clustered in adjacent pages
– Precision : How long do you need? 15 min? 1 hour? you name it
– Work to an End: time yourself to STOP regardless of result and move on!
You really want to give this a go if you :
– Have obsessive behaviour in timing
– Struggle with sluggish
– Keep getting more pending tasks than cleared ones
– Want to know where you time goes

Guide of Use
Setup Tags and Assignments
Create Tags :
${(IMAGE GOES HERE)}
Assign one associated task under a random tag :
${(IMAGE GOES HERE)}
Decide how long that takes, estimate with degree of uncertainty.
${(IMAGE GOES HERE)}
These should give two adjacent periods of time, you are only allowed to finish this task within the sum of both.
* The maximum estimate is 30min as default but you may change it via the config panel. The reason for 30…is that through lots of self-observations I found it pretty unlikely to estimate an action lasting longer than 30 minutes, in which case I would rather setup a tag for it and break into pieces
Start and Stop
To start a task, just press the time-button. Now imagine YOUR EXAM IS ON!

Once it’s started, you’ve got two chances to finish it off, either within the range of estimate, or within the uncertainty + the estimate reached. But in case of the latter, your progress bar should appear in red.

…and if you fail to terminate on time, we all know this is what’s going to happen.
Check your Progress
After a few rounds you’ll probably got them half cleared and ready to remove one or two tags, when you head back to the tag list, progress of each tag should be updated.

Restoration & Reset
Near the bottom of config panel, you may choose to reset some initial parameters. No settings will be applied until you press the SAVE button.
• Restore tutorial items:
This option should return you the tag “Tutorial Items” and “Cheat Sheet” :

• Reset all settings:
As stated, excluding the tutorial items.

Cheat Sheet
• cheat 001: “It’s being really annoying that I have to flip all the way down to find that ‘+’ button.”
– Yeah I know that, if only I could make this ‘+’ somewhere fixed in the screen…I’ll fix that later but there you go an (slightly) easier alternative:
${(IMAGE GOES HERE DOUBLE CLICK)}
• cheat 002: “Can I change the colour later?”
Trophy for those whom accidentally got this one.
${(IMAGE GOES HERE LONG PRESS)}
• cheat 003: “Do you see the certain pain in dragging one gigantic CELL all the way atop the list?”
Yea that’s kinda an odd design…for those whom really bother gesture ordering. Here is a shortcut for prioritising any task to TOP, simply by prefixing your description with a ‘sharp’:
